What now ?

Once product is purchased, the download will immediately begin processing. First make sure when you are purchasing is that you are on a desktop(computer/laptop) for the download to work.

After product is downloaded

Once the product has finished downloading and have any third party planner app, you will be able to easily drag and drop the download file to import it into the planner app and there you go you are now ready to track your calories and exercises. 

How can I use my phone for this product ?

Once everything is set up on whatever planner app you are using for the product, you will sign into the same account you made on the planner app and from there you will have the shapeshift journal ready to be used from your pocket.
